What you've read on Facebook -- including the Q.R. Code posted by my co-teacher, Dave Stafford (and re-posted by me, to to allay any fears that it might be a scam), are true: I did lose my home to a fire on Wednesday evening, and I was (self)-admitted to the E.R. on Friday, followed up by an ambulance ride back there an hour later, due to complications from the catheter inserted into my urethra. As I type this Sunday afternoon, at 1:48 p.m., I am once again in the E.R., but will likely be released soon. I'm back in the E.R. because the doctor who treated me Friday night said if I had any dizzy spells or vertigo, shortness of breath, rapid heartbeat, to come back and get checked out. All of that happened at church this morning, so I drove myself back to the E.R., followed by a woman from church, (thank you, Tina Carpenter), just in case. In all likelihood, I was just dehydrated at church and my blood-sugar was probably low, as I hadn't been eating much since the fire on Wed...
